So... I found a cute little template for a "pillow box," as it's called, and created my own apple pie boxes. The perfect size, and an awesome shape for all kinds of little gifts. trinkets, jewellery, potpourri, and anything you please.
well, I actually made the card first. Then the apple pie box. But I think I'm more in love with the box! Both made with shabby paper from K and Co... and Masculine Motif stamps. Scrunchy ribbon from MemrieMare and some old, old trim.

faded, beautiful raindrops from this stamp set... from one of my favorite companies. layers of vellum butterflies, tea-dyed trim, a tiny tag, and silky ribbon, with buttons.

ReplyDeleteWe were on the big Island of Hawaii after Christmas. McDonald's had the most scrumptous coconut pie I have ever had! I usually am not a pie lover, but baby that one was great. Makes me want one-yummy.
These are simply wonderful! Love the two versions..and those apple pies are way too tasty :) McDonald's should definitely upgrade to your fabulous packaging...
